POLICIES | Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry

Standard of Conduct
Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry students will seek to “be imitators of God” with not even a hint of sexual immorality, or any kind of impurity, living as “children of light” and finding out “what pleases the Lord” (Ephesians 5:1-12). This standard governs our personal and public life.
Attendance
Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually. For the Fall semester (Sept – Dec), the maximum number of absences permitted is four (4) classes. For Spring Semester, the maximum number of absences permitted is four (4) classes. Exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis. Students who anticipate extended absences are required to complete and turn in the Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry Absent form (Clearwater FORM 001 ) to inform administration of the dates expected to be absent.

Completing ALL classes, homework and readings are required for Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry Certificate of Completion. In the event a student’s absences total more than 16 classes a school year, it is likely that the student will not receive a Certificate of Completion.

Discipline of Students
The freedom of the Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry requires a high level of self-management. Any student struggling to make wise choices will receive quick and direct confrontation, which is designed to help draw out the greatness within the student; not to punish them. Our staff and pastoral teams are trained and empowered to apply strength and grace in whichever areas necessary of students’ lives.
Stewardship
The School of Supernatural Ministry calls students to a higher level of stewardship over their body, soul and spirit. In the same way, Clearwater SSM requires an equal stewardship over finances. By signing the Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry application, students agree to pay the annual tuition amounts set forth for each incoming class. Enrolled students that have tuition balances equal to (2) month’s past due tuition will be notified by school administration of the balance due. In addition, school administration will request a time to meet in person for students to share their situation with leadership, receive prayer, guidance and to agree upon a resolution. The student then will be given (30) days to comply with the agreed upon resolution. Should the student fail to meet the agreed upon resolution within the allotted (30) day time period, the student will not be able to attend classes until the balance is paid or the agreed resolution completed. All enrolled students are responsible to pay tuition regardless if they attend class or not. For students who no longer desire to attend classes and pay tuition, please see withdrawal policy to cease accruing tuition responsibilities.
Withdrawal
Any student who desires to withdraw from Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry must do the following: 1) arrange an appointment with a Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry administrator and dean to discuss the reasons for withdrawing from the school and 2) complete the Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry withdrawal form (Clearwater Form 002) giving an explanation as to the reason you have chosen to withdraw and provide the effective date of your withdrawal.
