APPLICATION | Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry
The following are the Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry policies and procedures for our application process. Please read carefully before completing the Clearwater SSM Online or Mail-In Application.
Each applicant must complete the admissions application. Please answer all questions. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided. All applications must be submitted with the nonrefundable fee of $50. We do accept credit cart payments online, but if you are unable to pay with a credit card, please make checks or money orders payable to Clearwater School of Supernatural Ministry.
You will need to either submit a digital photo of yourself, or mail a passport style photo. Our online application allows you to submit a digital photo along with your electronic application.
References – Three enclosed recommendation forms must be submitted to the school: (1) from your pastor, and (2) personal recommendations from people who know you well and can speak on your behalf regarding your character, gifts and calling. Please do not use relatives for any of the required recommendations. If your pastor is your parent or spouse, ask another member of the church’s pastoral staff to complete the form. When you apply online, an email will be sent to the person you have chosen as recommendation explaining you have used them as a reference and they will be requested to answer some questions about you.
Please follow up with these individuals to ensure they have completed and mailed the form to us in a timely manner.
Application Deadline Date – Students are advised to apply as early as possible as the maximum number of students that can be accepted per year is limited. Preference for acceptance will be given to students who have submitted all required documents to the school office before August 30th, 2015. Enrollment not accepted after September 21st, 2015.
Your application is submitted for review when we have received all necessary documents: your completed application, current “passport style” photo or digital photo, application fee, and three references. Once the Admissions Committee has reviewed your application, you will be sent an acceptance letter. The acceptance process for starting year 1 in Spring 2017.
